T3 fireclay refractory is a very versatile refractory brick, also known as straight refractory brick, almost every kind of kiln to use, its size is 230mm*114mm*65mm.
The volume of T-3 standard firebrick is about 1690cm3.Its external size is fixed, but the material is not fixed.According to the different material can be divided into clay brick, semi-silicon brick, silicon brick, light clay brick, (LZ) -65, (LZ)-55, (LZ)-48 and so on.Among them, clay firebrick is widely used.
T-3 refractory brick uses: boiler exterior wall, kiln lining, chimney flue masonry, building firewall, decorative paving, etc.
The advantages of T3 fireclay refractory brick:
The first grade high aluminum brick T-3 product has the advantages of high temperature creep reduction, strong corrosion resistance, good thermal shock stability and so on. It is suitable for large and medium hot blast stoves.
The production process of high-alumina brick and multi-clinker clay brick is similar, but the difference lies in the higher proportion of clinker, which can be as high as 90 ~ 95%. The clinker needs to be sorted and screened to remove iron before crushing, and the firing temperature is higher. For example, the firing temperature of first and second alumina brick by tunnel kiln is generally 1500 ~ 1600℃.

1, Slag resistance
High aluminum brick in Al2O3 more, close to the neutral refractory material, can resist the erosion of acid slag and alkaline slag, because it contains SiO2, so the ability to resist alkaline slag than acid slag ability is weak.
2, Fire resistance
The refractory degree of high aluminum brick is higher than that of clay brick and semi-silicon brick, up to 1750~1790℃, which belongs to senior refractory materials.
3, Load softening temperature
Because of the high Al2O3 in high aluminum products, less miscellany mass, the formation of fusible vitreous less, so the load softening temperature is higher than the clay brick, but because mullite crystallization did not form a network organization, so the load softening temperature is not as high as the silicon brick.
