Feature:
1. Residual high calorific value, dry without moisture, 1 ton residual equivalent to 1.5 tons of metallurgical coke.
2. Residual maximum is generally 15% ~ 50% of the amount of anode carbon block, total moisture: 0%, ash: 1%, volatile: 1%, total sulfur 1.2%, fixed carbon 98% calorific value 8000 kcal.
3. Residues can be reused in the anode material production process after cleaning.
4. After crushing and screening, the residue is divided into different particle sizes, including 1-3cm block, 3-8cm block, 8-20cm block, and hand-carried block
Application:
1. In the aluminium anode scrap block or anode paste production ingredients, as a kind of aggregate added.
2. Residual electrode can also be used as smelting fuel, especially for copper, aluminum and other high melting point metals.
3. After the residual anode out of the tank, strip and clean the anode mud on it, then it can be melted and re-cast into the anode.
