The clay half piece is also a clay refractory brick. The production process is the same as that of the clay brick, which uses clay clinker as the aggregate.
A refractory product with Al2O3 content of 30-48% made of refractory clay as a binder is made by high pressure molding, drying and high temperature firing.
Product Specifications:
The size of the half piece of clay is 230*114*32.5mm, the size of the two-piece piece is 230*114*20mm, the size of the three-piece piece is 230*114*30mm, and the size of the quarter piece is 230 *114*40mm.

Product characteristics:
Clay bricks are mainly weak acid refractory bricks, which increase with the increase of SiO2 content, so they are mostly used as lining materials for acid kilns.

Product Features:
(1) The chemical mineral composition is AL2O3, S102 and a small amount of alkali metals, and the high temperature crystal tear is mullite, cristobalite, quartz and glass phases.
(2) The refractory temperature is 1580-1750 degrees Celsius. The more impurities, the lower the refractory temperature.
(3) The softening temperature under load is 1250-1450 degrees Celsius, with a wide range of variation.
(4) High compressive strength at room temperature.
(5) The thermal shock resistance is good, and the 1100-degree water cooling cycle is more than 10 times.
(6) Resistance to chemical attack, acid resistance is greater than alkali resistance.
(7) Low thermal conductivity and small thermal expansion coefficient.

Clay bricks are mainly acid refractory bricks, which increase with the increase of sio2 content, so they are mostly used as lining materials for acid kilns, and can also be used in high temperature kilns such as blast furnaces, hot blast furnaces, glass kilns, and carbon roasting furnaces.
