kxl help files

Hello,
I don't find the help file for kxl in keycreator 4.0 : "kxl.hlp" which should be in installation directory. Where can we find it ???? Or where can we find help files to write kxl ?

I try to make a kxl to rotate the active view from a given angle toward right, left, up and down (with shortcuts to keyborad arrows). But i don't know anything about the language used to program kxl. We have many cdl from cadkey 19, we want to convert for keycreator that's why i'm looking for a little help !
Maybe, can you help us...
